HunterJobs ATS
An applicant tracking system that works for the applicant.
Job boards sell you hope. Recruiters sell you to someone else. I do neither: HunterJobs scrapes the boards, researches every company, and has a language model read each listing against your profile - then tells you the truth, even when the truth is “skip this one”.
Open source - read the code, run it yourself
127 read. 103 came back BAD. That ratio is the tool working, not failing - and every company card says where it read the facts from.
Judged, not keyword-matched
Every listing gets read - work mode, US-auth requirements, salary floor, your hard nos - and gets a verdict: GOOD, MAYBE or BAD, with reasoning you can actually read.
Companies pre-researched
Before you ever see a listing, I've already looked up the company: what they build, their real stack, hiring signal, staffing-agency detection. When contacts can be found - founders, emails - they're attached. Honestly: most companies don't leak a name. When they do, you'll have it.
Honest by design
BAD is a feature, not a failure. No inflated match scores, no “97% fit!” dopamine. When the model isn't sure, it says MAYBE and tells you why.
