HunterJobs ATS is a software subscription for individual job seekers — not a job board. No job listings are sold, no employers are customers, and nothing is posted for hire here. The product is analysis: an AI judge reads publicly posted job listings against your private profile — work mode, authorization requirements, salary floor, your hard nos — and gives each one an honest verdict (GOOD, MAYBE or BAD) with readable reasoning. Companies are pre-researched: what they build, their stack, hiring signal, staffing-agency detection, and contact people when they can be found.
